HRTimes is a quarterly, local human resources magazine endorsed by the SHRM Delaware State Council. Subscribers include SHRM Chapter and SHRM At-Large Members, business leaders and local HR professionals.

We are currently collecting articles and content for the first issue, to be launched at the Delaware Annual HR Conference in November. We are also in the process of reviewing articles and content for future issues of the magazine. Though quarterly, we look for information that our readers can return to as a reference.

Articles could include topics from these subjects: Employee Relations, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment and Ret ention, and Legal and/or Legislative Updates. Articles should be resource-information focused; plugging of products or services will not be accepted within the article itself.

Articles are submitted on a voluntary basis and run from 500 words for content to as many as 2,500 for a featured piece; on average articles run between 1,000 and 1,500 words.

Authors are allowed a 50 word biography where they can plug their products or services, and a high-resolution (300 dpi) photo image. Photos should be taken with a professional-setting background.

Photographs for article are also accepted on a volunteer basis with credit to the photographer. Photographs must be a minimum of 300 dpi. We reserve the right to deny photographs at our discretion. Photographs should be mailed on disk to the address provided below.
